Healing is a process where you can step back from your everyday reality, to enhance Relaxation, develop Awareness, and connect with the Oneness of All that Is.
On one level it can be used to help with stress relief. On another it can help you connect with your Higher Self. And on yet another you can become aware of the higher planes of existence.
It doesn’t matter which of these is your aim – to some extent Healing will occur on all of these levels.
A Healing Session can be viewed as a mini-retreat from your day to day activities, where you can draw breath and regroup, and hopefully go forwards again afterwards with a higher perspective.
